The National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) held their summer Top 100 Dealer Awards at this years 2016 Summer NAMM show held in Nashville, Tennessee this past weekend. The show was hosted by CMT’s Cody Alan, with performances by Tim Akers & The Smoking Section. Follows is a list of dealers from across the globe that were honored for excellence in serving their customers and communities.
The award recipients are as follows:

Best Emerging Dealer: The Upper Bout (Champaign,IL)
Music Makes a Difference: Contemporary Music Center
Best Marketing & Sales Promotion: Contemporary Music Center
Best Online Engagement: Port Mac Guitars (Port Macquire, Australia)
Best Store Design: Steelwood Guitar Shop & Club (Mexico City, Mexico)
Best Store Turnaround: Music Land (Baltimore, Maryland)

Abuot NAMM’s Top 100 Dealer Awards: The awards spotlight the industry’s very best music product retailers. To determine the list, an independent panel of judges reviewed hundreds of submissions that are rated across categories that include customer service, best store turnaround, music advocacy, marketing and sales promotion, store design,and emerging dealer, and are scored in accordance to determine the Top 100 list and special awards.
