We have some GREAT non-fungible token (NFT) projects
planned for 2022 — a lot of ideas and concepts in the works.
We would love to hear your feedback!
Collection One – Roxie the Rocker
(already in the works)
Our first project is already in the works and will be released in the first quarter of 2022. We named her Roxie and she ROCKS!.
About Roxie the Rocker
Full of angst, the Southern California teen found herself immersed in the music of Seventies punk rockers Joan Jett, Chrissie Hynde, Patti Smith, and many others. Roxie would spend hours scanning the aisles of the record stores on Sunset Boulevard, searching for the albums of her beloved artists. She couldn’t wait to get them home, pick up her guitar, and play her records over and over while learning every guitar riff and chord until she knew them exactly like her favorite rockers.
Roxie the Rocker is an NFT (non-fungible token for all of you not familiar with the term) collaboration designed and created by an all-female team resulting in a collection of 1,000 generated pixel art pictures of a “spunky” punk rock girl.
About the Collection
In this collection, you will find Roxie in four different skin tones wearing skirts and accessories commonly seen in the punk rock community. And let’s not forget about guitars. Roxie has eight different guitar styles!
And for all purchasers of the Roxie the Rocker NFT, you will receive a digital download of Roxie’s single, “Roxie’s Song.”
The Team
We’ve assembled a very talented global all-female team to bring you this collection.
Tara Low – Creator
As the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Guitar Girl Magazine, Tara Low has once again tapped into her entrepreneurial talents to delve into the world of non-fungible tokens pulling together a team of talented women to bring this idea to fruition!
Zoe Rivera, aka the Digital Queen – Designer
Zoe Rivera, aka the Digital Queen, is from Portugal and has been a professional illustrator for many years creating unique digital art projects in the 2D and 3D art world. We love how she took our concept and brought Roxie to a reality.
Kari Mana – Singer-Songwriter
When asked to write Roxie’s song, songwriter, singer, guitarist, and drummer from Argentina, Kari Mana captured the exact sound, lyrics, and emotion we were striving to convey in Roxie’s story.

Our Mission
Our mission is to encourage, inspire, and empower future guitar girls and in this endeavor, we will be setting aside a portion of our proceeds for virtual events which we will be announcing soon — as we are still in the development process.
And…we are pleased to announce that we will be donating 10% of our net proceeds to the D’Addario Foundation for their Girls in Music Initiative, which supports women and girls that have been “vastly underrepresented in the music industry . . .. The Girls in Music Initiative was created to help change this gender imbalance by providing the resources and guidance girls need to pursue their dreams in the music industry.”
The many programs the Girls in Music Initiative supports are:
THE D’ADDARIO FOUNDATION’S ALL-FEMALE ASCENTÉ CHAMBER ORCHESTRA,
